There is no place in India where selling a kidney is legal. Hospitals, clinics and transplant centres do not buy organs, and any person or website that says otherwise is breaking the law.
Commercial organ dealing is a criminal offence nationwide under THOTA. A legitimate hospital will never discuss selling an organ — they will direct you to lawful donation and transplant evaluation.
